David Hale
David has over 30 years of experience in the entertainment and event field beginning with a late night radio show on his high school radio station then moving thru the years as a radio DJ, event emcee, and public speaker.
The basic sound equipment skills first learned in the high school radio club have long since been added to by hundreds of hours of classroom and hands on experience in sound system set up and operation.
David is no stranger to performing for and interacting with crowds of all sizes. He had a successful career in emergency services with training which allows HAWK to advise event clients not only in matters of entertainment but in crowd management and safety.
David currently serves on the State of Tennessee Amusement Ride Safety Board is active with the area Chamber of Commerce. He is the Midway/General Service manager for the Wilson County Fair.
Sondra Winfree Dowdy
Sondra Winfree Dowdy brings to HAWK over 20 years of hospitality service and event management experience. Sondra is the music library coordinator for the company and is herself an accomplished DJ, Emcee, and Casino Game Operator.
Sondra’s experience in food service allows the company a highly qualified view of what our customers want and should receive from the catering services, and she accepts no less than perfect when it comes to food quality and safety.
Sondra has served on numerous local boards including the Chamber Board of Directors and was a two term President of the Wilson County Jaycees as well as a regional director for the Tennessee Jaycees.
Sondra currently is the co-manager with David of the Midway/General Services committee of the Wilson County fair and directly coordinates the food concessions vendors for the fair. Sondra regularly attends training from the TAF and the IAFE in event management.
Lanah Hale
Joining the HAWK team in 2009 Lanah brought several years of experience in hospitality and guest services.
Working in the food service industry as first a server and then as a general manager for a regional restaurant group she brings expertise in guest relations and employee management which has been paramount as HAWK has continued to grow.
Lanah’s previous experience with the film industry has positioned her to lead HAWK’s video production and procurement services, which have already been featured in movie production, commercials, and music videos.
Meeting the services of our company full force she has become an accomplished stage manger with the proven ability to make rapid, well organized stage turn overs.
She serves as a DJ, roulette table operator and is the DMX lighting coordinator, all showing her commitment to the wide range of services offered by our company.
